Finding the Lot
With location and budget in mind, we'll help you select the perfect lot for your needs. We are also happy to work with owners who already have a ready-to-build lot.

K2 Development offers their home-building expertise, their keen sense of construction detail and their well-established knowledge of the home-building market to the DC area.

Developing the Lot
Once you have chosen a lot, we will take the land from its beginning "raw" status and fulfill our due diligence in order to bring the lot to "ready-to-build" status. This process includes but is not limited to engineering, utilities, sewer and water, size and configuration of house "footprint," and acquisition of applicable permits.

Designing the Structure
Select from one of many plans in our extensive portfolio of homes - we can "tweak" any plan to meet your customization needs. Or work with our architect to design the custom home of your dreams. Some of our best designs have come from our customers' input.

Custom Finishes
Working with trade specialists, we will help you decide on the best finishes according to your taste and budget.
